We have worked with Su Brooks several times, twice buying and twice selling a home. She has always been attentive to our needs and diligently pursued the purchase or sale, whichever was the case at the time. She freely shares her real estate knowledge to assist in finding the best home and/or the best buyer for your home. She is friendly and virtually always available. If she can't answer the phone or text immediately, you can count on her calling back at her earliest convenience. She is not pushy and lets the client guide the transaction if that is what the client wants. But she is also always (within reason) available to make suggestions, based on her vast experience, on how to handle any situations that may come up and lead them to a successful conclusion.

She recently changed companies and we made an effort to find out who she is currently working with, because we wanted her to represent us as our listing agent. Su will go the extra mile for you.
